What it does
- Policy-of-record drift checking across all of the owner's accounts — drift is named with both values (actual vs band), never a bare flag
- Cross-account wash-sale watch including the IRA trap (IRC §1091 + Rev. Rul. 2008-5), caught pre-settlement — including silent scheduled-contribution triggers and spouse-supplied activity with provenance
- Permanent in-house grant-keeper (owner-ratified D1) behind GrantKeeperPort: Schwab grants go AGING at day 5 and EXPIRED_FAIL_CLOSED at day 7 with guided re-auth; no dead-grant reads pass silently
- 401(k) permanently fenced to the participant's own reads, fees and drift; T3 classes (tax determinations, order submission) refused even inside a valid mandate, with byte-identical state after every refusal
- The descriptor — 'Not a bank. Not an investment adviser. Charter checks your rules — it never writes them.' — rides every envelope, refusals included; fee math checked against policy ceilings

Descriptor-bearing product: the descriptor was verified on 100% of envelopes including refusals over stdio (T15/T15b). N-CHECK: NOVELTY_PROVEN — 27.3% renamed vendor verbs; policy-of-record + cross-account wash-sale watch + grant-keeper is a mechanism no incumbent ships.

- Live Plaid pull — P0 adapter is local Plaid-shaped fixture form; live connector run is a separate gate.
- P1 grant-keeper GA (real Schwab OAuth choreography) — P0 bench uses the simulated Schwab clock fixture per spec §15.1.4.
- P2 order submission — no live/paper broker rail at P0; mandate leg benched at engine level (prepare-check only, PREPARED never implies submittable).
- Hosted/multi-tenant operation beyond the stdio boundary.
