What it does
- Canonical Task Brief: versioned, SHA-256 hash-bound; exact street addresses refused (ZIP-tier only)
- Quote normalization across lead, stated-budget, fixed-price and hourly models
- Face price and itemized fees stay separate forever; a quote with UNEXPOSED fees cannot be hired under a ceiling
- Hire gate under a live Procure / Agent Wallet mandate (cap, allowlists, threshold, expiry) plus the v1 owner person-confirm rule
- Completion verification kept separate from platform state; a mismatch opens an exception, never an edit
- Review drafts generated only from the verification record: no quality claims the record does not support, leverage language refused

Not tested:
- Live platform calls of any kind — G0 contains no live marketplace code path; briefs, quotes, mandates, and verifications are local records evaluated against shipped test data.
- Adapter variant approval binding against a live adapter — the Compass fixture adapter is the first consumer; cross-product bench is a later run.
- Photo EXIF stripping tooling itself — the core records the strip status per photo as supplied; the stripping tool is adapter/build scope [verify] per spec 5.1.
