Certification

Bench verdict: CERTIFIED(simulator)

Certified scope: CERTIFIED(simulator) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 14/15 checks pass, 1 na (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/procure.py.

Not tested:

  • Any real merchant, real payment rail, or real money: none exists in this build. The merchant adapter reads shipped fixtures, the payment rail is a sandbox stub authorizing TEST value only, checkout confirmation is simulated, and the file contains no network calls. Policy evaluation re-implements the Eclipse Agent Wallet's documented policy semantics locally by reference; live interoperation with the wallet MCP is untested (and the wallet's files are untouched).
