What it does
- Export executes only against a Herald-signed approval pinning the canonical edit-decision fingerprint (integer-frame canonical JSON, RESOLVE_COV_V1), preset hash, principal and expiry — post-approval drift refuses TIMELINE_CHANGED_SINCE_APPROVAL with a localized DriftReport
- Every adapter mutation is read-back-verified because the Resolve API fails silently; an unverified mutation refuses ADAPTER_MUTATION_UNVERIFIED and auto-files a Friction finding
- Templates are hash-pinned signed artifacts filled by slots only; no code-exec tool exists on any surface (raw control refused by design)
- Proof Print verifies renders against the approved record — caption text verbatim (fail-closed), duration, loudness, format — into a VerificationPack; Proof Trace fingerprints FCPXML (detective-only)
- P0 dogfoods on The White Report reels under the pinned HOUSE_REEL_V1 template; 15 agent tools + 6 operator tools on a separate process

Scope of certification: the governance core, Proof Print and Proof Trace benched against a declared SIMULATED Resolve-shaped adapter — P0 makes NO live-Resolve claim (no Resolve Studio seat exists on the build VM; the Studio license, spec LG-1/D3, is an owner purchase). N-CHECK: NOVELTY_PROVEN — export executes only against a Herald-signed approval pinning the canonical edit-decision fingerprint; incumbent-shaped fixture exports a drifted cut, and the vendor-verb census is 6/15 = 40% renamed (<80%).

- Live DaVinci Resolve Studio adapter — not built; P0 adapter is simulated (spec LG-1/D3 Studio license is an owner purchase).
- Frame.io connector (spec §10) — specced, built P2.
- Proof Trace OTIO/AAF/EDL — P2; FCPXML only at P0.
- Print OCR/ASR extraction — embedded text track at P0; low-confidence path fail-closed and benched via fixture.
