Certification

Bench verdict: CERTIFIED(local)

Certified scope: CERTIFIED(local) — Eclipse Bazaar Test Bench 2026-10-25, 13 pass, 1 na of 14 checks (U1 auth: stdio process boundary). Run by W-003 (Verity), suites/strike.py. Run 1 PARTIAL card retained append-only (bench-suite parity assertion defect); run 2 is the standing card.

Not tested:

  • Live Coinbase public reads — M0 runs against fixtures shaped like the real public product/book responses behind a transport seam (load_fixtures); live public-read verification is a later step.
  • Account anything — Coinbase's official account MCP exists and Strike's account posture is a governed WRAP of it (spec 10.1), M1+ scope. No account tool exists in this build; the vendor's Wallet/CDP MCP surfaces are other suites' chapters and are out of scope here.
  • Account-specific fee tiers — M0 uses the public schedule shape, labeled as such; the account's own reported rates supersede at M1.
