Cyan Eclipse Bazaar — Terms

Website Terms — cetech.ai and eclipsebazaar.com

Version 1.0 · Effective 29 October 2026 · Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC

Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC ("CETech", "we"), a Veteran-Owned Small Business (SBA VetCert) based in Tallahassee, Florida, operates cetech.ai and eclipsebazaar.com (the "Sites"). By using a Site you agree to these terms. Contact: steven@cetech.ai.

1. What the Sites are

cetech.ai presents the firm, its capability statement, and its hosted service endpoints. eclipsebazaar.com (Cyan Eclipse Bazaar) is the firm's marketplace and intake surface for MCP products and the Cyan Eclipse Verity Bench. Content on the Sites describes services; the terms of a service, where you order it, are the terms of that service (hosted services, bench services, and endpoint access each carry their own terms, linked at the point of order and connection).

2. Listings, states, and what they mean

2.1 A Bazaar catalog listing is information and intake, not an offer by CETech of the listed product and not a statement that the product is purchasable; purchasability exists only where an order surface says so in so many words.

2.2 Verification language on the Sites means exactly what its attached scope says. CERTIFIED, BENCHED, and CHECKED are distinct states; CERTIFIED is never used for a Tier-1 screen result, and a scope qualifier is part of any state wherever the state appears. A product with no findings or no bench record is not thereby warranted fit for any purpose.

2.3 Prices shown on the Sites are the current price-book prices for the stated scope; a price buys the stated scope only.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, the Cyan Eclipse name and seal, and the composite product names are © and marks of Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC. Facts and figures may be quoted with attribution — "Cyan Eclipse Technologies (cetech.ai)" — and a link to the source page. Open-source packages linked from the Sites carry their own licenses (MIT where the LICENSE file says MIT); those licenses govern the packages, not these terms. Republishing substantial site content requires permission.

4. Acceptable use

You may not disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Sites or their endpoints; scrape in excess of the published agent-access terms (endpoint access is governed by the MCP/API Terms); misrepresent our records, verdicts, or listings as your own or as determinations we did not make; or use the Sites in violation of applicable law.

5. Agent access

The Sites publish machine-readable surfaces (agents.json, llms.txt, MCP endpoints) for agent access on the terms stated in the MCP/API Terms. An agent's use is its principal's use and binds the principal.

6. External links

The Sites link to third-party products, registries, and sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement — including a link to a listed product.

7. Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the Sites accurate and correct errors openly, but content is provided "as is", without warranty of completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyan Eclipse Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Sites or reliance on their content; our liability for a paid service is governed by that service's terms, not this section.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and superseded versions stay archived. Service orders are governed by the service terms in effect at the order, not by later revisions of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
